The WHITE DOVE OF HOPE including its officers, directors, advisors, sponsors, members, and/or volunteers, hereafter, called WHITE DOVE OF HOPE, and the contestants including parents and/or legal representatives, hereafter called contestant agree that the WHITE DOVE OF HOPE will in no case be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or property of contestant or contestant’s agents, servants, family and/or employees. Regardless of how much loss, damage, or injury is occasioned and protect, indemnify and same harmless the WHITE DOVE OF HOPE from any/all claim, suits, and/or judgments including the cost of defense any such claim and/or suit against WHITE DOVE OF HOPE brought by anyone as a result of any loss, damage, or injury to any person, or property occasioned by any action of contestant, either solely or in conjunction with the WHITE DOVE OF HOPE.
